Construction of 4 gas pipelines completed in Uzbekistan

ERIELL Group international oilfield services is actively developing the fields of Uzbekistan’s Uzbekneftegaz JSC oil and gas company by constructing the gas pipeline Arslan, Uzunshor, Istmok, Alan, etc., Trend reports with reference to the company.

More than 100 specialists were involved in the construction of the 40.6 km Arslan gas pipeline in the Ustyurt region, starting from the Arslan integrated gas treatment unit to the 47th kilometer of the Sharkiy Berdakh – Bukhara – Ural gas pipeline. Over 100 specialists and more than 40 units of small and heavy mechanization were involved. The work was completed in just 50 days.

The gas pipeline’s capacity is designed to transport and supply commercial gas to the Sharkiy Berdakh – Bukhara – Ural system in the amount of 3 million m³ per day. At the moment, the pipeline is being tested, read the message.

In less than 2 weeks, construction work was completed on the 6.64-kilometer Uzunshor gas pipeline located in the Mubarek district, providing for its construction from the Uzunshor field to the West Tegerman-SP-2 Samantepe gas pipeline of the Tegerman group of fields.

The company reports that this gas pipeline will allow for the collection and transport of crude gas from 6 wells of the Uzunshor field to the transportation system of the Tegermen group of fields. At the moment, the gas pipeline is also being tested.

In addition, work was completed in the Mubarek region and the gas pipeline from the Istmok field to the SP-5- Garbiy Szabo gas pipeline was commissioned. This gas pipeline, with a length of 5.5 kilometers, will allow for the collection and transport of crude gas from 3 wells of the Istmok field.

Moreover, well No. 202 of the Alan field was successfully commissioned in the Mubarek region, and a gas pipeline was constructed with a length of 1.4 kilometers to connect the well to an existing gas distribution station.

“Pipelines undergo a two-stage test: for strength and for tightness. Tests are carried out after the installation of valves, the installation of measuring instruments and equipment. The completed pipeline is subjected to hydraulic tests, that is, pressure tests with compressed air,” read the message.
