BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 10. A total of 9,070 tons of various hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on August 12, Trend reports.
Of the mentioned volume, 2,270 tons will be on sale on the domestic floor of the energy exchange.
The following goods are to be offered:
- Zarand Iranian Steel Company’s 400 tons of tar;
- Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company’s 848 tons of solvent-402;
- Tabriz Oil Refining Company’s 500 tons of iso recycle, 500 tons of iso feed and 424 tons of solvent-402 products.
Moreover, 6,800 tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) belonging to Iranian Lavan Oil Refining Company will be on sale on the international floor of the IRENEX:
Meanwhile, on August 9, about 58,200 tons of various hydrocarbon products worth 12.3 trillion rials (about $29.7 million) were sold at the IRENEX.
The products at Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) are sold at the SANA exchange rate.
The SANA system is a system introduced by the Central Bank of Iran to the currency exchange offices, where the price of 1 euro is 453,874 rials and the price of $1 is 413,563 rials.
The sale of hydrocarbon products at the Iran Energy Exchange is of great importance to the country’s economy. Through the energy exchange, Iran seeks to provide hydrocarbon products needed by local companies as well as increase exports.
