BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 17. The Netherlands has purchased Azerbaijan's oil for its needs for the first time, according to the data of the State Customs Committee, based on customs declarations, Trend reports.
According to the data, in May, the Netherlands purchased 89.995 tons of Azerbaijani oil worth $57.09 million.
To note, according to customs data, Azerbaijan exported a total of 9.87 million tons of oil worth $6.26 billion from January through May 2024.
The total volume of oil exports in 2023 amounted to 26.047 million tons, worth $16.2 billion.
