The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers made a resolution to submit the agreement on cooperation between the Ukrainian and Azerbaijani governments in the oil sphere, signed in Kiev on 3 June 2004, to the Verkhovna Rada.
The relevant decree of the Ukrainian government was signed by Yulia Timoshenko, the Ukrainian Prime-Minister.
