Oil&gas extraction board В"May 28В" with State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic commissioned a new prolific well at Guneshli oilfield, which was drilled from platform #19, Trend reports with reference to SOCAR.
This well produces some 220t of oil a day. There are several more producing horizons along the well profile to get developed further.
Guneshli-19 platform, scheduled to drill 8 wells, was commissioned in 2001. at the moment nearly 1,700t of oil a day are produced at this platform.
