The oil extraction and processing conference is taking place in early November in Beijing, Trend reports with reference to Salyan Oil.
The delegation of CNPC of China visited Baku in May and led a meeting at the Ministry of Industry and Energy and State Oil Company. CNPC executives invited Azeri specialists to the said conference.
Such conference is held first time in the history, especially since it will be devoted to effective use of heavy oils. Performance of Azeri experts for heavy oil extraction and processing is expected at the conference. In general, the conference shall gather over 500 companies from around the globe.
CNPC in Azerbaijan operates two onshore contract areas in person of its subsidiary Salyan Oil.
