The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) held the meeting of the Competition Commission for Scholarship presented to the students of the State Oil Academy, Trend reports quoting the Press Service of SOCAR. The presentation of the scholarship is part of the scholarship program realized by SOCAR for the training of specialized staff.
Each year SOCAR has presented scholarships to students of the Academy who have shown the highest results in their education. This year SOCAR altered the ruling in which the scholarship will be presented to those who successfully pass the competition of the SOCAR Commission.
The Commission held interviews with 19 students of the Third Year in which a decision was made to provide 16 students with scholarship amounting to AZN 40. The scholarship will be validated through plastic cards from the Azerbaijan International Bank. Results of the Scholarship for the Second Year students will be considered on October 7.
