A new Department of Capital Investments has been established at the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR). Agasaf Aliyev, former head of Azneft Oil and Gas Production Association, will head the new Department, Trend reports.
The new establishment, the forth at the SOCAR, will have three units. At present the units for operations management, legal and financial-economic and capital investments function at the Company's Apparat .
