Next international conference in the sphere of heavy oil production and refinery will be held in two years in Edmonton, Canada. The resolution was taken at the first conference held in China, Trendreports.
Natik Aliyev, the Azerbaijani Ministry for Industry & Energy, Khoshbakht Yusufzadeh, the First Vice-Premier of the Geology, Geophysics, and Field Development of SOCAR (State oil Company of Azerbaijan), as well as representatives of Salyan Oil, attended specialized international conference on heavy oil production and refinery held in Beijing on November 9-16.
Such a conference was the first time in history. The conference discussed issues on the efficient use of heavy oil grades from their development to refinery. More than 500 companies from all over the World participated in the event.
