Azerbaijan petrol will meet all European standards on petrol quality till 2009, said Rovnag Abdullayev, President of SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan), Trend reports.
Mr. Abdullayev said that a project on improving the petrol is under way. At the end of 2007, Azerbaijan will construct new plants and facilities. The plants will be built at the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery Plant. The Azerbaijani party has signed a contract with some German companies.
