The total assets of Baku Metro CJSC amounted to 2.4 billion manat ($1.4 billion) as of early 2020, which is 1.7 percent less compared to the beginning of 2019, Trend reports citing the company’s report.
As of January 1, 2020, the biggest share, about 96.2 percent, accounted for long-term assets in the amount of 2.32 billion manat ($1.36 billion), showing a decrease of 3.1 percent over the year. In the structure of long-term assets, real estate, land and equipment decreased by 2.9 percent to 2.31 billion manat ($1.35 billion).
Intangible assets decreased by 13.2 percent and amounted to 1.4 million manat ($0.8 million). Other long-term assets amounted to over 4.2 million manat ($2.4 million), indicating a 2.4 times annual drop.
In the structure of short-term assets, the volume of which increased by 1.5 times to 91.4 million manat ($53.7 million), the biggest share (46 percent) accounted for reserves, which made up 42.7 million manat ($25.1 million).
Meanwhile, the volume of cash increased 2.25 times, having amounted to 14.7 million manat ($8.6 million). The accounts receivable of the Baku Metro amounted to 3.2 billion manat ($1.8 million).
At the end of 2019, the volume of the company’s accounts receivable was 9.9 million manat ($5.8 million), increasing 2.3 times over the year.
