Azerbaijan’s Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) has made another payment of interests on bonds, Trend reports referring to the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).
In accordance with the MCGF bond prospectus, along with the interest payment on the bond payment date, a certain part of the nominal residual value of the securities equal to the share of the principal debt payments on the assets included in the mortgage coverage is envisioned to be paid.
The BSE said that on March 11 the issuer made another payment of interest on the bonds. Proceeding from this, the amount of balance at face value of the mentioned bonds was 636.16 manat ($374.2).
Thus, with regular payments, interest income in the amount of three percent will be calculated based on this amount.
