BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 2. Azerbaijan’s Yelo Bank took the first place in the ranking of local banks in terms of authorized capital volume for the first quarter of 2022, Trend reports.
According to Yelo Bank’s financial report, its authorized capital volume for the reporting period amounted to 378 million manat ($222.3 million).
The second position in the ranking was taken by Xalq Bank with total authorized capital volume of 364.7 million manat ($214.5 million).
Pasha Bank ranked third with authorized capital volume in the amount of 354.5 million manat ($208.5 million).
The total authorized capital volume of the first three banks in 1Q2022 amounted to 1.09 billion manat ($640 million), which is 31.57 percent of the total authorized capital volume of all banks in Azerbaijan (3.4 billion manat or $2 billion).
