BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 2. The International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) took the first place in the ranking of local banks in terms of loan portfolio volume for the first quarter of 2022, Trend reports.
According to the IBA’s financial report, its loan portfolio for the reporting period amounted to 3.27 billion manat ($1.92 billion).
The second position in the ranking was taken by Kapital Bank with loan portfolio of 2.9 billion manat ($1.7 billion).
Pasha Bank ranked third with loan portfolio in the amount of 2.6 billion manat ($1.5 billion).
The total loan portfolio of the first three banks in 1Q2022 amounted to 8.8 billion manat ($5.1 billion), which is 50.5 percent of the total loan portfolio of all banks in Azerbaijan (17.5 billion manat or $10.3 billion).
