BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 18. By the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the bonds of the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) with a total value of 20 million manat ($11.77 million) were listed in the standard market segment, Trend reports citing the BSE.
The bonds will be placed on the Baku Stock Exchange at a single price. The date of the auction will be announced to investors on the BSE website at least two business days before the start of the placement.
A total of 20,000 bonds with a par value of 1,000 manat ($588.58) each with a circulation period of 24 months and a yield of six percent will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is IBA-Invest Investment Company CJSC.
