BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 11. Azerbaijan's Kapital Bank took the first place in the ranking of local banks in terms of net profit volume in the second quarter of 2022, Trend reports.
According to the financial report of the bank, the net profit of Kapital Bank for the reporting period amounted to 127.071 million manat ($74.7 million).
The second position in the ranking was taken by the International Bank of Azerbaijan with total net profit of 118.417 million manat ($69.6 million).
Pasha Bank ranked third with net profit of 64.844 million manat ($38 million).
The total income of the first three banks in 2Q2022 amounted to 310.332 million manat ($182.5 million), which is 80.84 percent of the total net profit of all banks in Azerbaijan (383.895 million manat or $225.8 million).
