BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 31. The total fees of 10 leading Azerbaijani insurance companies amounted to 669.79 million manat ($393.99 million) or 91.6 percent of total insurance fees from January through September 2022, Trend reports on October 31 via the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).
According to CBA, the list of top 10 companies in terms of fees was headed by PASHA Life, which accounted for 42.46 percent of fees for the reporting period.
The company's fees amounted to 310.5 million manat ($182.6 million) in the first nine months of 2022.
PASHA Insurance with total insurance fees of 172.8 million manat or $10.1.6 million (23.64 percent of all fees) ranked second, and Ateshgah Life with fees of 36.5 million manat or $21.4 million (five percent of all fees) - third.
Total fees of all insurance companies in Azerbaijan amounted to 731.2 million manat ($430.1 million) from January through September this year.
