BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 11. The turnover of securities on the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) exceeded 10.4 billion manat ($6.1 billion) from January through October 2022, which is 19.74 percent less than the same period the previous year, Trend reports via BSE.

The government securities amounted to 53.67 percent of the turnover of BSE or 5.617 billion manat ($3.304 billion).

The turnover of corporate securities on the stock increased by 137 percent compared to the period from January through October 2021 and amounted to 993.3 million manat ($584.1 million), the repurchase agreement (REPO) transactions on corporate securities increased by 696 percent - to 28.61 million manat ($16.8 million).
