BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 5. Tax revenues in Iran amounted to 3.1 quadrillion rials (about $74 billion), during the first eight months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through November 21, 2022), Trend reports citing Iranian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance.

According to the report, tax revenues from legal entities for the reporting period amounted to 1.27 quadrillion rials (about $30.3 billion).

Within 8 months, income taxes in the country amounted to 554 trillion rials (about $13.2 billion), while wealth taxes - 114 trillion rials (about $2.72 billion).

At the same time, direct taxes in Iran amounted to 1.94 quadrillion rials (about $46.2 billion) and taxes on goods and services - 1.17 quadrillion rials (about $27.8 billion) for 8 months.
