BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 25. The total payments of 10 leading insurance companies of Azerbaijan amounted to 164.2 million manat or $96.5 million (94.18 percent of the total insurance payments) from January through May 2023, Trend reports.
According to the results of the reporting period, the ranking in terms of insurance payments was headed by Pasha life Insurance, which accounted for 47.37 percent of the total insurance payments of all companies. The company made payments of 82.6 million manat ($48.5 million).
The second position in the ranking was taken by Pasha Insurance with a total amount of payments amounting to 30.9 million manat or $18.1 million (17.74 percent of all payments), followed by Ateshgah life with payments of 10.2 million manat or $5.9 million (5.87 percent).
The total payments of all insurance companies of Azerbaijan amounted to 174.4 million manat ($102.5 million) during the reporting period of 2023.
