BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 22. Access Bank has tied the knot with Google Pay payment solutions starting today, Trend reports.
Earlier, the bank spilled the beans that the Apple Pay payment solution would also be hitting the scene in no time.
It is worth mentioning that the ball started rolling on the implementation of cutting-edge payment solutions back in March of this year, right after smoothly fitting into the new processing center.
To recall, in a recent interview with Trend, Nurlan Hajiyev, the senior director and regional manager of Visa in Azerbaijan, stated that Visa is actively engaged in broadening the range of Azerbaijani banks that are integrated with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
A total of 14 Azerbaijani banks are now certified to use Apple Pay, while another 16 are certified to use Google Pay, as pointed out by the senior director of Visa.
