Lithuanian Group of Companies Penki kontinentai will present a smart information collection system Service Desk.iQ in Azerbaijan, the company said on Saturday.
The Service Desk.iQ system allows monitoring the sequence of action of installations, as well as indicators of databases throughout the organization with the timely response to any critical figure.
Service Desk.iQ is a smart system of collecting information about the current business processes, data about system processes.
The system will be demonstrated within the 16th Azerbaijani International Exhibition on Information and Communication Technologies BakuTel-2010 (Nov.23-26).
Also for the first time the company will present at the exhibition a system of interactive IP-TV and "Smart House", which allows managing and optimizing all processes occurring in the building.
