Yandex.Money e-payment system has entered the Azerbaijani market, Yandex.Money representative told Trend on Monday.
According to the company representative, it is possible to replenish the Yandex.Money e-wallets in the Contact money transfer system's offices in the Azerbaijani territory.
"It is also possible to conduct account identification there. It is important if the user wants to make payments more than 15,000 rubles," the company representative said.
The payment system allows transferring money to each other and paying for goods online. The fund transfer fee ranges from 1.5 to 2 percent.
Also, using the Contact system users will be able to take funds from their e-wallets, cash them in local currency.
Yandex.Money starts offering a new service - SMS-information about account transactions from March 28. By subscribing to SMS-information, one can receive messages to phone about all payments. The service costs 20 rubles a month.
The official exchange rate is 0.0279 manat to ruble on March 28.
