Kazakh National oil and gas company KazMunaiGas has announced tender for the procurement of server hardware maintenance.
The services should be rendered in Kabanbay Batyr Avenue 19, Astana.
The services have to be rendered by Dec.31, 2013.
The detailed specification is indicated in the tender documents, which are available on the website www.zakup.kmg.kz, by e-mail address [email protected] or at: 0813 A, Kabanbay Batyr Avenue, 19, Astana, Kazakhstan from 09:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. until Jan. 31, 4:00 p.m.
The potential suppliers should transfer 1,000 tenge (150.61 tenge =$1) to the account in Kazakh Halyk Bank to receive a hard copy of the tender documents.
All potential suppliers, who meet the requirements specified in the tender documents No. 30-003/1ОТ dated Jan.15, 2013, can take part in the tender.
The tender bids, sealed in envelopes, must be submitted (sent) by potential suppliers to "KazMunaiGas" at: office 0813A, Kabanbay Batyr Avenue, 19, Astana, Kazakhstan.
The deadline for submitting the bids is Feb.1, 3:30 p.m.
The envelopes with tender bids will be opened on Feb.1, 2012, 4:00 p.m. in the conference hall, 1st floor, Kabanbay Batyr Avenue, 19, Astana.
Representative of the potential supplier should prove his right to receive tender documents and submit an envelope with a bid.
