Sale of notebooks and netbooks in Azerbaijan decreased by almost 5 percent in January 2018, the Global Stats statistical center said Feb. 3.
As of Feb. 1, 2018, the market share of notebooks in Azerbaijan reached 55.8 percent, which is 4.2 percent more than in the same period of 2017.
A 7.8-percent increase in desktop computer sales was recorded in Azerbaijan in January 2018.
The market share of desktop computers was 41.6 percent as of late January, which is 2.1 percent less than in the same period 2017.
The market share of tablets was the third biggest (2.5 percent).
The market share of tablet computers shrank by 6 percent in January 2018 and by 35.4 percent compared to January 2017.
