Baku, Azerbaijan, March 28
By Huseyn Valiyev – Trend:
A single call center – “155” support service has been launched in Azerbaijan, a source in the country’s telecommunications market told Trend.
The source noted that currently, the center processes requests of citizens in three languages (in Azerbaijani, Russian and English) on telephone, internet, postal and financial services.
Meanwhile, it is envisaged to connect to the call centers of those structural subdivisions of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan, which have their own centers for working with clients.
This is about creating a centralized system, to which any structure can connect. Ideally, as the source said earlier, it would be rational for citizens to have the opportunity to address any issue of interest to a single number.
These may be the issues related not only to communication services, but also to water supply, electricity supply and others.
