Call-center starts processing client requests of Azerbaijan's state operator

The unified call-center "155" in Azerbaijan has started to process the requests of subscribers of the public telecommunications operator Aztelekom LLC, the center told Trend.
Currently, the center handles requests (in Azerbaijani, Russian and English) for telephone, internet, postal and financial services.
It is also possible to contact the "155" call-center in connection with the services of "Baku telephone communication" LLC, Azerpoct national postal operator, the Information and Computer Center under the Ministry of transport, communications and information technologies, AzEeuroTel, Azdatacom, Az.net and Bakinternet provider companies.
In the future, it is planned to connect to the Call-center those structural units of the Ministry of transport, communications and high technologies of Azerbaijan, which have their own centers for customer service.
In addition, it is also planned to increase at the next stage the range of services and to provide through the call-center such services as ordering food, taxis, providing information about restaurants, theaters and sports competitions, booking of tickets, etc.
As previously reported, the number of support service "123" of the center for servicing of citizen - "Shebeke" has stopped its work and has been fully transferred to the unified call center "155" from June 1, 2018.
