Residents of the High Technologies Park of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences will benefit from an efficient platform for technology transfer to China and the CIS countries, Director General of the Business Incubation Center of the High Technologies Park and the Azerbaijan-China Technology Transfer Center Vusal Suleymanli told Trend Aug. 15.
The matter rests on a specialized portal for establishment of business relations between entrepreneurs, which is also designed to automate the process of technology transfer between the countries of the region and China, Suleymanli said.
"The portal is being tested currently. As you know, the residents of the Hi-Tech Park must produce high-tech products in order to work there. To do this, they need to conduct research, development, testing & engineering."
"The residents will be able to commercialize their patents which they are not going to use in their activities, and the portal can become an ideal platform for this," Suleymanli said.
