The "Baku Telephone Communication" LLC company has expanded the coverage of wireless broadband access LTE (Long Term Evolution), the company told Trend.
The LTE network of the communication operator has been extended to the settlements of Balajari, Zira, Turkan, Mashtaga, Nardaran, Garachukhur, the "Vorovskiy" residential area of the Rasulzade settlement, as well as parts to parts of territories of of Azi Aslanov and Ahmadli settlements, said the company's message.
Earlier, in the first stage, the LTE network was deployed in some parts of the settlements of Mardakan, Shuvalan, Bilgah, Albalilig, Bina, Hovsan, Yeni Ramana, Yeni Surakhany, Sabunchi, Zabrat, Gala, Buzovna, Pirshagi, Binagadi, Garadagh and Badamdar.
To connect to the LTE network, it is necessary to purchase equipment, the cost of which is 230 manats, as well as an additional router.
General users are offered three types of tariff plans (Start, Komfort and Optima), the cost of which, depending on the connection speed (2, 5 and 10 megabits per second) will amount to 10, 15 and 25 manats.
For corporate users, there are two tariff plans at the cost of 40 and 60 manats and at the speed of 5 and 10 megabits per second, respectively. The connection to the telephone communication, for both types of users will cost 30 manats.
The monthly fee for using wireless telephone communication amounts to 2.5 manats for individual users and 7.6 manats for corporate users.
The official exchange rate as of August 30 is 1.7 AZN/USD.
