Another citizen service center (Shebeke) will be opened in the administrative building of the Agdash branch post-office of Azerpoct LLC, a source in the country's postal communications market told Trend Nov. 13.

The source said the repair work at the branch post-office has already been completed and the center is likely to start functioning after landscaping work has been completed in the area.

"It is not excluded that the center will be commissioned by the end of this year, but everything will depend on how quickly the landscaping work is completed. Currently, the sewage and water supply systems and road communications are under construction in the district. Also the work for construction of secondary school, kindergarten, and electricity supply department is nearing completion," the source said.

The Shebeke Center will provide services to citizens based on the principle of "single window". The citizens will have the chance to contact the center on the issues of interest related to postal and financial transactions, to connection to the landline telephony, re-legalization of a phone number, registration of an e-signature, purchase of airline tickets, and also getting access to other services.

Currently, in the regions of the country, the Shebeke centers are accommodated in administrative buildings of Zagatala and Jalilabad telecommunication nodes of Aztelekom LLC. One Shebeke center is functioning in Sumgayit, and five centers - in Baku.

In addition, a new center will also be opened in the Baku International Bus Terminal, and in the future, the opening of Shebeke centers is also expected in other major cities of Azerbaijan.
