Samsung smartphones and mobile phones retained the leadership in popularity in Azerbaijan as of May 2020, Trend reports referring to the StatCounter’s Global Stats report.
In May 2020, the specific share of Samsung mobile devices in the country amounted to 52.52 percent, a growth of 0.84 percent compared to April 2019.
The mobile devices of Chinese Xiaomi company ranked second with market share of 23.01 percent in May 2020, down by 0.04 percent compared to the previous month.
The share of Apple, the third most popular smartphone brand in Azerbaijan, slid by 1.01 percent, amounting to 11.74 percent.
The remaining mobile devices are: Huawei - 4.6 percent, LG – 1.15 percent, Lenovo – 0.77, HTC - 0.6 percent, Sony - 0.47 percent and others.
