The Acquiring, as an opportunity to accept payments by bank cards, is constantly developing in Azerbaijan, Head of the Penki Kontinentai group of companies’ communication department Alexander Zubryakov told Trend.
He noted that the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is accelerating the transition to digital payments.
In order to ensure the implementation of non-cash payments, we can offer customers of Azerbaijani banks to remotely sign an acquiring agreement, send a payment terminal by mail, connect it to the system and immediately accept non-cash payments, he added.
Zubryakov said that the Acquiring is constantly being developed as an opportunity to accept payments by plastic cards.
“New payment tools appear, the needs and demands of trade organizations are changing. The banks are looking for new ways to attract consumers and service scenarios. All this leads to the need to develop and implement new non-classical functions on payment terminals,” said Zubryakov.
