Featuring not only a waterproof, but a weatherproof case, the Sanyo Xacti VPC-CA6 takes videos at full VGA (640x480) resolution. They don't mention the framerate that it can handle though. When it comes to stills, this cam will pump them out six megapixels at a time. Memory comes by way of an SD card slot.
