Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / Cisco Company has completed a 2-stage purchase of the WebEx Communications, Inc. (WEBX) company and currently, from 4 June, WebEx is a subsidiary of Cisco, a source at the Cisco's Baku Office has reported.
WebEx is considered to be the market leader of appendices for group work "upon request ". The company believes that network settlements by WebEx for group work at a level of B2B will secure Cisco's position in the unified technology field and in small-scale markets and middle-scale enterprises.
Service portfolio of WebEx includes technology and services enabling companies to organize video conferences in real time and a synchronous operation through the internet, as well as to exchange documents and data on labour productivity and work efficiency in organizations of any scale. The distribution of WebEx subscribed services has become one of its main reasons for success in the market. Currently Cisco has plans to take over this business and to develop it.
