( Mobile ) - While the Microsoft Zune may be focusing on providing WiFi love to the world of MP3 players, Panasonic has taken the route of Bluetooth for their D-Snap SV-SD950N. Sure, the model number may not exactly roll off the tongue, but you've got to love the "urban" feel of the model line: D-Snap.
As a follow-up to the SV-SD850N, the D-Snap SV-SD950N comes equipped with Bluetooth 2.0, boasting full support for A2DP stereo, AVRCP, and HFP. They say that this lets you "take control of your DAP or telephone." If I am hearing this correctly, then you can effectively pair the Panasonic D-Snap with your cell phone and use the former as some sort of wireless headset for the later.
In terms of file support, the Panasonic D-Snap SV-SD950N shows love to MP3, WMA, and SD-Audio (AAC), while expanding its memory by way of SD/SDHC cards. Measurements come in at 91.3x35x12.3mm and 38 grams of weight. No word on price, but I'm thinking this is Japan only.
