Uzbek Biotube Ltd. has announced a tender for construction of a pharmaceutical plant.
Terms of reference and requirements for the Contractor:
- The construction work must be carried out in strict accordance with the defective act and regulatory legal acts in the field of construction, operating in Uzbekistan.
- The Contractor must use only high-quality materials in the course of work. All materials used in the course of repair and construction work are additionally coordinated with the Customer. Provision of materials by the Customer is possible.
- The Contractor is responsible for the compliance of the materials and equipment used with the state standards, specifications and requirements of the Customer.
- The Contractor is obliged to carry out systematic and final cleaning of the premises and the territory from construction and household garbage after the completion of work at his own expense.
- The Contractor is obliged to ensure that its personnel follow internal regulations, access regime, fire safety and labor protection requirements at the Customer's facilities.
- All electrical work must be carried out in strict accordance with the working design and the Rules for the installation of electrical installations.
Connection points for temporary power supply can be provided by the Customer on a separate agreement and subject to full compensation for the operating costs of the sources of temporary networks used.
The Contractor ensures the performance of all related construction control work, preparation of all executive documentation. The Contractor also ensures independent interaction with all supervising instances, obtaining permits for waste disposal and all other initial permits.
When carrying out repair and construction work, it is necessary to provide for the availability of special uniform, footwear and other PPE, which are necessary in accordance with the requirements of safety and labor protection.
Upon completion of the repair and construction works, the Contractor shall provide:
- execution schemes for assembled structures;
- certificates of compliance of building materials and structures;
- acts on hidden works;
- invoice on incurred costs
If the listed documents are not provided in full, payment documents will not be considered.
