Those wishing to participate must send an application before 5:30 pm (GMT +4) on February 4, 2019, and the tender offer by 10:00 am (GMT +4) on February 8, 2019. The tender packages opening procedure will be held at 10:30 am (GMT +4) on February 8, 2019.
