The Azerbaijani State Oil Fund (SOFAZ) has announced the tender on 11 lots.
Lot # 1 includes maintenance services for ICT systems (storage equipment, professional equipment for conference rooms, IP telephony, virtual platform, emails, ICT security systems, etc.;
Lot # 2 includes maintenance services for the video surveillance systems;
Lot # 3 includes Nessus license renewal;
Lot #4 includes maintenance of low and medium voltage electrical equipment and transformers;
Lot # 5 includes maintenance of generators;
Lot # 6 includes maintenance of water purifiers;
Lot # 7 includes maintenance of water pumps;
Lot # 8 includes maintenance of flags and flagpoles;
Lot # 9 includes translation services (written and synchronous);
Lot # 10 includes purchase of electronic document software;
Lot #11 includes sports services for employees of the fund in one of the sports and recreation centers of the city.
The tender participation fee is 100 manats for the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, tenth and eleventh lots and 50 manats for the seventh, eighth and ninth lots.
Those willing to participate in the tender must send the necessary documents till 18:00 (GMT+4) on August 22, 2019, while proposals – till 18:00 on August 30, 2019.
The packages with tender bids will be opened at 10:00 on September 2, 2019.
