Turkmenistan's Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR) has announced a tender for the reconstruction of the main step-down substations.
Interested parties are invited to submit an application indicating the full name of the participant, legal status, country of registration, bank details and contact numbers, in addition to getting lot specifications and a package of tender documents by paying $1,725.
