The Khazar Consortium, consisting of Turkmenistan's state oil concern Turkmennebit and Mitro International Limited, is conducting a marketing survey for the purchase of cars, a bulldozer and spare parts for Autonomous System of Preparation of Commercial Oil, as well as control and measuring equipment.
The consortium operates as part of a production sharing agreement on the Khazar contract area (Eastern Cheleken field) in the Balkan district of Turkmenistan.
In order to participate in the survey, it is necessary to prepare an applicant request and send it until Oct. 7 to the following addresses:
