Turkmenistan's Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR) has announced a tender for the construction of a 12-story 72-apartment building in the city of Turkmenbashi.
Those willing to participate in the tender should submit an application indicating the name of the applicant, legal status, country of registration, details and contact numbers.
Moreover, a special tender fee of $1,725 (including VAT) should be paid.
