The branch of Russia’s Tatneft in Turkmenistan has opened a tender for the following lots:
Lot № 1 (indivisible) – stationery and computer equipment
Lot № 2 (indivisible) – household chemicals
Lot № 3 (indivisible) – construction materials
The potential bidders are invited to submit an application to the branch director about the desire to participate in the tender, signed by an authorized person and sealed with the full name of the participant, his legal status, country of registration and details.
The tender offer package must be submitted in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope must contain technical specifications, and the second-a commercial offer (price specification).
The tender proposals must be submitted in envelopes in duplicate.
