The Agency for the Development of Horticulture and Greenhouse Facilities under the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan has announced a tender for the industrial construction of modern, similar greenhouse complexes in the Tashkent region.
Organizations and companies engaged in the construction of modern greenhouse complexes are invited to participate in tender for the supply and construction of modern greenhouse complexes in Zangiata, Tashkent, Yukorichirchik, Yangiyul, Urtachirchik, Kibray and Akhangaran districts of Tashkent region.
Manufacturers and contractors must submit their proposals with the following documents attached:
Commercial offer for the construction and commissioning of modern greenhouse complexes (total project cost, cost per hectare, the cost of soil work, concreting work, installation work (turnkey), insurance, transport, customs costs, duties and VAT must be indicated separately);
Documents on the state registration of the manufacturer and the contractor (certificate, charter and other relevant documents);
Design and estimate documentation for the construction of modern greenhouse complexes (separately for each lot);
Copies of construction contracts and greenhouses commissioning certificates for the last five years;
Information on the turnover of funds for the last three years;
Information on the impact on the environment.
The winner of the tender will be determined based on the following evaluation criteria:
the contractor has implemented similar projects over the past five years;
cost of the implementation of the project indicated in the commercial proposal of the contractor;
terms of project implementation;
compliance of the commercial proposal with the established technical specifications;
compliance of the submitted proposal with the requirements of national and international legislation in the field of environmental safety;
manufacturer or contractor must provide at least a two-year warranty period for the greenhouse complexes being created.
In order to support local producers competing in the selection, in accordance with international practice, a preference will be provided in the amount of not more than 15 percent of the price (CIP Uzbekistan) of imported goods when evaluating the proposals received for goods produced in Uzbekistan.
