The agreements were made as a result of negotiations held between Russian Railways, Governor of Kuzbass Sergey Tsivilyov and coal-mining companies.

Russian Railways made a decision to maximally decrease tariffs for export energy coal transportation from main coal extracting regions of Russia up until the end of 2020.

The discount will be 12.8 percent in direction of Russian ports of North West if the distance is over 3,000 km.
