Georgia and Germany are resuming air travel and regular flights starting August 2, Trend reports via the Civil Aviation Agency.
German airline Lufthansa will carry out flights two times a week, linking Tbilisi to Munich.
Flights from Munich to Tbilisi will be carried out on Thursdays and Sundays, with Tbilisi-Munich flights to be operated on Fridays and Mondays.
Georgia has opened its borders for travelers from five countries including Germany, France, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, all of which have also opened borders for Georgia.
Furthermore, Georgia remains on the European Union's updated list of countries for which travel restrictions should be lifted.
