Turkmenistan’s production plan for the transport and communication sector was exceeded by 19,4 percent from January through October 2020, Trend reports with reference to Turkmenistan's State News Agency.
This was revealed during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan held via videoconference.
In the reporting period, the growth rate by Turkmenawtoulaglary Agency (Turkmen automobile service) increased by 2 percent, Turkmenistan Railway – 7.4 percent, and Turkmen Deniz Derya Yollary Agency (Turkmen State Service of Maritime and River Transportation) – 11.2 percent.
According to the report, Turkmenistan exceeded its cargo transportation by road, rail, air, and sea transport by 13.6 percent, passenger transportation by 0.6 percent.

In the reporting period, the growth rate by Turkmenawtoulaglary Agency (Turkmen automobile service) increased by 1.8 percent, Turkmenistan Railway – 12.6 percent, and Turkmen Deniz Derya Yollary Agency (Turkmen State Service of Maritime and River Transportation) – 12.9 percent.
According to the report, Turkmenistan exceeded its cargo transportation by road, rail, air, and sea transport by 11.6 percent, passenger transportation by 0.6 percent.
