Volume of loaded and unloaded cargo in Iran’s Noshahr Port down

The volume of cargo loaded and unloaded in the Noshahr port of the Mazandaran Province (northern Iran) decreased by 42.8 percent in the 6th month of the current Iranian year (August 23 through September 22, 2021), compared to the 5th month (June 23 through August 22, 2021), Trend reports via the statistics of Iranian Ports and Maritime Organization (PMO).

According to the statistics, a total of 39,000 tons of cargo were loaded and unloaded in this port over the reporting month, of which, 1,430 tons were loaded and 37,600 were unloaded.

So, 1,430 tons of cargo were exported and about 37,600 tons were imported through Noshahr port in the sixth month.

About 36,400 tons of essential products, 2,430 tons of leather goods, clothing, fibers, paper, and wood materials, 204 tons of container products were loaded and unloaded in the Noshahr port in the 6th month of the current Iranian year.

As reported, about 11.3 million tons of cargo were loaded and unloaded in Iranian ports in the sixth month of the current Iranian year. Of this, 5.98 million tons were loaded and 5.35 million tons were unloaded. This is an increase of 2 percent compared to the same month last Iranian year.
