Iran sees decline in domestic air travels

BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 11. The number of passengers transported via Iranian airports domestically decreased by 4.95 percent, during the first four months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through July 22, 2023), compared to the same period the last year, Trend reports.

More than 10.2 million passengers were transported domestically through Iran’s airports in 4 months, according to the report of Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company (IAC).

Meanwhile, the figure stood at over 10.8 million in the same period last Iranian year.
