Indonesian President to visit Kazakhstan in 2013

Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono will visit Kazakhstan in 2013. Such agreement was reached at his meeting with Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev on Friday, the Kazakh president's press-service reported.
Within the meeting Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and Nursultan Nazarbayev exchanged the views on the current state and prospects of Kazakh-Indonesian relations and discussed a wide range of issues on the international agenda.
The Kazakh President is on his first official visit to Indonesia.
Within the Kazakh delegation's visit to Indonesia, the parties signed the intergovernmental agreement on visa requirements exemption for holders of diplomatic and service passports and the Protocol of Intent on bilateral cooperation between the Foreign Ministries for 2012-2013. The state agencies of two countries were ordered to develop the Convention on Avoidance of Double Taxation, Agreement on mutual protection of investments and some sectoral agreements on cooperation.
Moreover, the parties agreed to hold the Days of Culture of Indonesia in Kazakhstan in 2013 and Days of Culture of Kazakhstan in Indonesia in 2014.
