Kazakhstan, Astana, June 6 / Trend D. Mukhtarov /

The Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kazakhstan has issued a temporary permission for the Kyiv - Almaty - Kyiv flight to the Ukraine International airlines (UIA) in the period from June 6 to July 10, the Ministry said on Wednesday.

This decision was taken by the aeronautical authorities of Kazakhstan in order to prevent frustration of passengers that bought tickets on the UIA flights in connection with the Euro 2012.

Permission to carry out the flight for the entire summer season by the Committee of Civil Aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications was not issued to Ukrainian airlines because of its provision of incomplete package of documents necessary for the issuance of this permit.

UIA, not having permission to run regular Kyiv - Almaty - Kyiv flights, was selling tickets for the flight.
